Our starting point is simple: amongst all the collaborators of a company, it is the Store Managers who are best placed to understand and improve the customer experience. By giving them the tools to listen and converse with customers, we give them the keys to customer satisfaction. Customer experience should be actioned by the whole organisation, especially the frontline
